Popov Winery, Luna Cremant Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut
The first sparkling wine from Popov winery produced from Chardonnay variety by using the traditional method. An elegant sparkler with brioche, yeast and hazelnut aromas. A sparkler produced 100% from Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards surrounding Chateau Kamnik winery. It is made by the traditional method and has been aged for four years on fine lees. This light straw-colored sparkling wine is characterized by a complex aroma that is powerful with fruity and spicy hints. Chateau Kamnik Spark Rose 2014 Brut
Rosé sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir (15%), Montepulciano (20%) and Sangiovese (65%) grape varieties. The brut sparkler is characterized by an alluring pale pink color and shimmering pearly bubbles. It is produced by the traditional method, having spent two years on fine lees in the bottle which has added to its powerful and ripe bouquet with impressive fruity aromas of fresh raspberries and strawberries, complemented with spicy hints of roasted hazelnuts. The elegant and full-bodied taste is perfectly balanced with the fruity tones, flint undertones and the citrus freshness very much present in the long aftertaste. Lazar Winery Pearl Frizzante 2019 Brut
One of the very few (currently the only one) Macedonian sprarkling wines produced by the Charmat method. It is characterized by light yellow colour and green reflection. Dalvina Kupidon Chardonnay Brut
Traditional method seems to be the most favoured by the Macedonian winemakers when it comes to sparkling wines & this sparkler is no exception. It is characterized by light straw colour & fine bubbles & it is abundant with captivating freshness which can still be felt for some time after the first sip. Aromas of fresh spiced applesauce, ripe pear and freshly baked bread overlap. On the palate it shows more of that apple puree, brioche and nutty flavours and a lovely prolonged aftertaste. Kuvin Winery Bubbles 2018 Brut
A sparkling wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc variety by using the traditional method. This first sparkler for Kuvin winery is characterized by pale yellow colour and aromas of citrus, ripe apples and warm brioche. It was aged on the lees for 16 months which added to its elegance & complexity. The taste is refreshing with more of that citrus fruit, nutty creaminess and long finish. Chateau Kamnik Spark Muscat 2014 Demi-Sec
A semi-sweet sparkler made from 100% Temjanika grapes from the Kamnik winery’s vineyards using the traditional method. The wine reveals its complexity through the extravagance of the delicate bubbles. The curiosity about this semi-sweet white sparkling wine is the application of the traditional 4-year bottle ageing method. The traditional method enables creation of complex and elegant aroma while preserving the varietal notes. It is abundant in remarkable fruity aromas of dry apricot, orange peel and white flowers.
